Flood & Water

  1. Insurance Restoration Network, Inc. will work with the Homeowner and the Homeowners Insurance Company in all water mitigation as protocol requires. We will provide the proper emergency service and proper emergency billing to the Insurance Company.
  2. Insurance Restoration Network, Inc.may receive the emergency service call directly from the Homeowner or the Homeowner‘s Insurance Company.
  3. Our EMS technician will be at the property, generally within 1 hour, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, we will assess the property damages and run the applicable tests and/or reports needed to service the loss correctly and efficiently.
  4. Insurance Restoration Network, Inc.Inc uses electronic meters to monitor temperature and humidity to ensure the moisture content is reduced to acceptable levels and considered efficiently dried. Insurance Restoration Network, Inc. uses special drying fans and dehumidifiers to speed up the drying process.
  5. Insurance Restoration Network, Inc. may be required to remove dwelling water damaged materials in order to prevent mold growth.
  6. In the event that mold is already present, the affected areas will be contained and a qualified hygienist or professional will be consulted.
  7. Once property is dried, reconstruction efforts may begin.
