At Insurance Restoration Network, Inc. we understand that when disaster strikes, it is unsettling and overwhelming. Our goal is to quickly and responsibly repair and restore your home. You will likely have many questions regarding what to expect and the next steps to take. The information below has been broken down into three phases. Three Phases:
1. Emergency Response Services
Insurance Restoration Network, Inc. is contacted by you or your insurance company and requested to respond urgently. At this time, your loss will be assigned to a team. Each team consists of a Coordinator, Estimator and Project Manager.
2. Estimation and Authorization
- Our assignment Coordinators will make an appointment with you for one of our estimators to inspect the property.
- The estimate is written in coordination with your home insurance carriers approved direction of repair and scope. This estimate is an accurate and is fair to restore your home to its pre-loss condition.
- Please contact your insurance carrier directly for any questions or concerns about the coverage of your policy.
- The estimator will provide you with an applicable work authorization.
3. Restoration and Completion
- The Project Manager will contact you to coordinate consistent access to the property during regular business hours. For those people who work away from the home, a lock box can be provided.
- A project schedule will be created.
- There may be a different and specialized technician assigned to each task. Many technicians will contact you directly during the restoration phase depending on what they are responsible for.
